The place itself is very nice, but the management is very unhelpful and unfriendly. There is a steady rotation of folks running things. The new managers appear to be unwilling to be compassionate. My grandmother was in the hospital for sometime and when she returned, her apartment had not been cleaned which is part of the rent. It is unfortunate that what began as a good thing went quickly down hill.
Beautiful building, fantastic food, friendly staff! A wonderful community that is attentive to what matters most- people.
