I got a gift card from my husband to this spa (through groupon), but I wasn't able to contact them to schedule an appointment. Called them multiple times, left voicemail, sent a message on their webside under "contact us", we even drove to the place to try to reach out to them, but nothing worked. They never contacted me back.

I enjoyed every part of my service with Ebony we discussed my skin type & tips. I ended up getting the dermaplain facial & it was everything..I definitely needed that ! I felt so good after, I’m ready for another one Thank you again for your excellent service and I look forward to my next visit with you !

I decided today last minute that I wanted a facial and luckily Bella Vida Day Spa had availability. I enjoyed every part of my service! Upon arriving Ebony discussed my skin with me and I ended up getting the dermaplain service added to my facial. I was also able to get the herbal foot bath that I originally wanted as well. The water temperature was perfect and the reflexology had me in heaven! Thank you again for my service and I look forward to visiting next time I'm in town!
