My friends and I recently visited our dear friend at Bella Terra Schaumburg and were deeply touched by the helpfulness, kindness, and warmth of your staff. I met Luis from Housekeeping when Luis was near our friend’s room when I went looking for someone to help him into his wheelchair. Luis was so kind-hearted, helpful, and responsive. I wanted to share my experience to assist families who are seeking elderly care or inpatient rehabilitation services for their loved ones. Bella terra Schaumburg is especially clean and the employees are trained very well. Every employee is organized and friendly. When employees page over intercom, the employees end the page with a thank you. There was only one employee who i did not get care for. I reported her to the supervisor and she was told not to be dishonest and inappropriate towards me. I did not feel like I was in a nursing home. I felt like I was in my own home.
