I visited Sposa on Thursday evening with my mom, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The staff member who was working at the time made the visit feel tense and honestly a bit scary. While I was simply looking around at the dresses, she kept raising her voice at me, repeating things like “look at me, I’m talking to you” in a very harsh tone.
