Moms and grads beware. I am sharing my experience to save anyone else before they too experience the same. Please beware of the poor customer experience and their refusal to ever be responsible for anything. There are multiple reviewers on many platforms as devestated and as frustrated as I felt leaving the store today. Will intentionally convince you to order the wrong size, charge you $500+ for alterations, then blame it on you.
