I tried to book an appointment last year, as I previously had butt injections elsewhere and wanted a refill done here as it was an amazing deal. I messaged them on Insta and the person responding refused to answer my questions time and time again Needless to say, I never got the procedure done here and idk something about this place just seems fishy.

I had an appointment here before, and tried to schedule a follow up, but the owner made it very difficult to do so. I told her I booked an appointment over the phone before and I also told her that her employees are great for making my appointment so smooth and easy. She told me that booking over the phone is against policy and told me she would be reporting her employees for doing something against policy. I feel super uncomfortable booking here now, I don’t suggest this place.

My wife cancelled 2 days ago and they still deducted 300 dollars from her credit card. Now they are making us come get the service and not returning the credited amount back

Incredible service, received a hydration facial at Bella Rose. Margot was able to address all of my skin concerns and help with providing treatment and a personalized skin regime. Left her beautiful studio with glowy hydrated skin, will definitely be returning for more services in the future.
