Best rental car agency on the island. No hidden fees, provided a clean car next day after reservation and just an easy process overall. Go here instead of any agency at the airport it will be much cheaper and a better experience
Car was infected with roaches. Ruin my daughter's and my trip. Will never rent from them again. Very gross
Flagship is an amazing car rental company. I rented for my trip to PR June 21-24th. I originally rented the wrong type of car and they were able to switch the car to a nice Ford Explorer. It was clean and didn’t have a lot of miles on it. The initial renting process was quick and easy but of course because I needed a different car it took a little longer. I would definitely rent from this company again!
