My photo session was in April and I paid in full in advance. I approved all photos and album details months ago, but I still have not received my photo package. I have called many times and been given repeated promises that my package would be shipped “on Monday,” but it never happens. The staff and manager say the order appears complete in the system, yet no tracking number and no delivery. Very poor communication and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this location.
