This was one of the worst massage experiences I ever had. The therapist was massaging with one hand while using her phone with the other. I kept asking to stop and focus on my problem areas - and after agreeing they kept just giving me a weak back massage. I made a booking and apparently they had no idea I was even coming, leaving me to wait for 15/20 minutes before even starting the massage, also slotting me in for an hour when only booked for half. I had a wonderful experience at Bella Professional Massage. My foot reflexology with Vicky was the perfect pressure & at the same time Alex did my ear candling, face & head massage. Highly recommended. Clean & professional service.
My daughter and I had a one-hour hot stone massage yesterday, and came out feeling amazing. The therapists were welcoming and highly skilled, and the massage was exceptional - the best I've ever had, thank you! Highly recommended.
Alex gave a wonderful 90 minutes massage - highlight being I have had not one but two frozen shoulders some time ago - and he managed to give me extended movement in both of them (after a little bit of necessary but not excessive pain). Highly recommended!
I had a disappointing experience at Bella Professional Massage .The therapist was not kind and made me feel uncomfortable with the pressure applied and treatment. The massage ended earlier than expected, and when I’ve said that, she was rude and altered too. Additionally, when I tried to communicate my concerns, she refused to speak English, making it difficult to address the issues. I hope they can improve their service and customer interaction in the future.
