Booked a relaxing couples massage and had a really disappointing experience. When we arrived, the owner immediately tried to upsell us to a “special massage” for an extra $20, which felt pushy and set the tone. At our scheduled time, I was taken into the room and started my massage while my wife had to wait about 10 minutes for the second therapist to finish with another client — not great for a couples booking. I had a reflexology foot massage and remedial shoulder, neck, and back massage with Diamond yesterday. It was excellent. Perfect pressure. I felt very relaxed afterwards. Customer service was fantastic. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be heading back there soon!
