If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service! I pruchased a handbag back in October, and it was falling apart within just 1 month's use. I have now called the store 3 times and sent several emails. I was promised a new bag, but nothing has arrived. This is ridiculous - never shop at this store!
