I would not put someone in there if you ever want to speak to them again. The director never picks up the phone; we have left numerous messages . . . A family member is there, and we can only talk to him if we drive there.

The amount of care s not acceptable. Think if your loved one didn’t attend lunch or dinner and nobody knew where he was or checked to see why he wasn’t present at lunch or dinner. It was well after dinner that they started looking for him. He was found not far from the building. He had fallen and couldn’t get up. He had tics all over him , a severe burn to his head from lying in the hot sun. It was after eleven when the game warden found him. Dental wasn’t the issue. He couldn’t get up.
