My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas and I was super excited. After several phone calls I finally booked a appointment. Wish I could give no stars. Had a Groupon. 8 calls went to voicemail with message saying mailbox full. When she finally answered she said I need to pay an $18 gratuity and it's "in the fine print." Thought this was weird and I tip well for good service but to require me to pay this up front seemed odd, considering it pretty much negates the money I saved on the groupon.
