I was quoted a different price and units than what I was given. She also showed me the bottle “from the box” then went behind me to mix the solution (I didn’t see if she diluted it). I’m not happy with myself on this. My injections never went into full effect and she upped my injections that I wanted by over 15 units. I spent the most I’ve ever spent on injections. I’m very disappointed in myself for not saying anything.

Karla was truly amazing. She made me super comfortable and explained everything I would need to know. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for somewhere that gives their patient top-tier treatment.
I got my first ever microneedling facial with Karla and it was amazing! Scheduling was easy and pre-care instructions were easy to follow. She did a great job at talking me through each step and adjusting to ensure I was comfortable at all times. The salon is super clean but still cozy. I will definitely be back for different treatments!
