Dr. Nagpal and Joí are amazing! They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything to you as you’re undergoing treatment and for post-treatment. I was nervous bc I’m new to laser hair removal, but Dr. Nagpal coached me through every area that may even hurt a little bit so that I could be prepared. She numbed me good and used the cool air. I did the V tone treatments and have had great results this far. I would recommend the treatment to women who want vaginal tightening or have difficulty controlling their urine. Lejoie works in the practice and is wonderful. She goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable during your time there.
