Not sure about this business… we won a “free family portrait” valued at a couple thousand dollars. They took a few pictures then try to talk you into upgrading for thousands of dollars. The pictures are nice, but we paid thousands for a couple small to medium picture frames. It took months to receive the complete pictures, and honestly we could have hired a photographer and printed better photos for less. My husband and I went in as a wedding gift to ourselves and our photographer ran a great photoshoot and we had a lovely time. We were able to choose a lovely portrait and were told it should be in withing a few months. In the meantime, we had several issues with communication but I believe that to be technology errors and not the error of Bella Luce. great people and an amazing experience. my wife and i wanted to get something for our home to really show off. we managed to get a fantastic deal on a shoot, which only took us about a half hour. after some basic editing, we met with them on a google meeting and went through the photos and narrowed them down to our favorites. after all was said and done, I'm very excited for how it turned out and we will absolutely be telling our friends and family for years and years.
