TERRIBLE SERVICE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A LIMO RIDE. YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I was really looking forward to using this company for a limo ride for my grandmother. We were going to go out celebrating, but the day of the event, when the driver was supposed to pick us up at 6pm, I had to contact Bella Limousine to let them know the driver had not shown up and it was almost 6:15pm. Had a fantastic time using Bella Limousine! Their fleet's absolutely top-notch and the customer service? Just wow. I had a terrible experience with a transportation company. On June 29th, 2024, we booked a vehicle for a surprise 40th birthday. Despite reading mixed reviews, we decided to give this company a chance. However, on the day of the event, the driver was late and unprofessional. He was not familiar with our reservation and ended up being 40 minutes late due to jumping into the wrong vehicle.
