I was seen at Bella Grey for Botox and filler, and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and the work done by Emily and her colleagues is exceptional. I follow the spa’s social media as well, and the non-invasive before and after changes she helps people achieve are truly astonishing. From all appearances it seems like this medical spa is in a downward spiral. From a very luxurious setting to now a tiny place in Midtown is sad. The interior of the new location feels cramped, especially compared with the openness of the two previous locations. It's like they've tried to cram everything in that they had room for. It's not easy to find and the parking is extremely limited.
I have been going to Emily for over five years for Botox and can't stress enough how great she is. I am very prone to bruising, and she has a way of injecting without that happening. Her new location is also really warm and inviting.
