Bella Gowns owner is very unprofessional and condescending. When I was ready to place the order the owner became very upset and closed the ordering book in our face accusing us of comparing her prices to other stores lol she totally misread my wife and I. I had to buy a bowtie for my son for a formal ball, not knowing that my husband already got him 1. So I went to return it 2 hours after I purchased it. They refused to take it back and said all sales are final. THAT IS RIDICULOUS! They were so rude about it too. I can understand if it was something expensive, but it's a $10 bowtie REALLY! So now I'm stuck with this extra bowtie. I won't be shopping thete ever again for anything

I have had a wonderful experience here! I admit that I am somewhat of a dress freak, especially with big puffy dresses, and have been trying to find gowns that fit my obsession, and this was the place! It has so many different types of dresses from short to long, to straight and puffy, it was the most amazing thing I could ever imagine.
