I am very disappointed and upset with this spa. My daughter went for a so call facial and it was not what we expected. It turn out that they promote their products and try sell them. It was my daughter first time trying to get a facial and she came out very upset and sad. They charged her $77.15 just to sit in a chair to have nothing done. The owner said they will refund her the money and it has been more than a week and no refund or even a call.
