I am a service provider and I am not a big fan of groupon. I read the previous review and have noticed this and review on many other search engines with the same repetitive story. This is my personal opinion regarding these types of clients that use groupon. First of all the lady admitted that she was late. When making the hour drive to my appointment, I hit unsuspected traffic causing me to be 20 min late. After explaining the situation to the older lady at the front desk, she began to scold me and had an attitude. She then refused to work me into their schedule, and forced me to leave.
