Decent facility. I'm just not a big fan of the front desk lady. Anytime we talk about appointments or scheduling she puts uses fake nice condescending tone and speaks to me like I'm a child. They don't send any reminders so if you make an appointment seven weeks Prior and have a busy schedule, you better stay on top of it because if you miss a session they count it as a session and you don't get the value from your package. Amazing amazing amazing service! I purchased the 6 sessions of the large laser hair removal and it was enough to transfer my skin! I have PCOS so, chin hairs are not new to me. For my darker skinned ladies, it is safe to use as well! I do not regret my laser hair journey. I also attached some before and after pictures for reference!
