I purchased a package of six laser sessions at Bella Derma and was very disappointed with my experience. For my last session, I rescheduled, but when I came in they told me I had already completed all of my sessions—even though I rescheduled and never used the last appointment. On top of that, the results from my last 5 sessions weren’t that great and definitely didn’t meet my expectations. Very unprofessional handling of appointments and not worth the money. I feel scammed and recommend looking elsewhere.
They are the sweetest ladies … they have the best hospitality skills .. you will enjoy all their beauty options available
Bella Derma Beauty is truly an exceptional place. Not only are their prices affordable, but the staff provides outstanding service and care. Lely, the front desk receptionist, is always welcoming, polite, and understanding. Very disappointed at how this clinic is NOT accommodating. I was told to send an Email to address my concerns because the staff literally didn’t care to even hear me out its been WEEKS and my email still remains unanswered.. i’ve been coming to bella derma for over a YEAR and as soon as i needed one reschedule they couldn’t help me. So i paid for a service i cant even receive this is very disappointing . But why would they care ? They already got their money
