Purchased 6 large sessions on Groupon, called to schedule my appointment, representative on the phone was super rude and said I was not able to use my Groupon as I had already purchased another area on Groupon. Although on Groupon it especially says you can purchase it. So now I wasted my money on 6 sessions. Horrible customer service
I went here 6 times for laser hair removal for 6 sessions and I got a different person every time with different settings every time. They messed up my tattoo as well and I have more hair now than before. I asked them why this was and they said I needed 6 more sessions. Very unhappy with this place.
I absolutely love this place! I have been getting laser hair removal here since March 2025, and I’ve had amazing results! Lily, the receptionist, is so nice and informative on all of the services. I’ve been treated by multiple technicians and they all been great. One of the technicians Camilla is so sweet and always makes sure I feel comfortable during my treatment. I 100% recommend them for laser, and I’m sure all of their other services are fabulous.
The service is quick and easy. It doesn't hurt as much, it just the noise. The team there are all amazing. The environment is very peaceful and the view has an overlook of some of downtown area. Parking is paid and can either be on the street or in the parking lot. It's more affordable to do street parking if you won't be in there for more than an hour.
⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Bella Derma has been consistently frustrating. Every single appointment seems to come with some kind of issue. I only have a few laser sessions remaining, yet there has been zero flexibility or consideration shown as a client.
