These people never answer their phone. I have called, text probably 12 times. Can't get to them
Very hard to book appointments. Rude staff. Owner doesn’t accept responsibility. Never saw my money back. Would not recommend the place.
Jess has been doing my laser for a couple months now and I am seeing wonderful results. She is very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. She helped so much with my understanding and I really couldn’t recommend her more.
If you have a Groupon for this place, good luck getting proper service and treatment. This place will find any reason to not service you, wasting your gas and time. It took almost 10 months to get "6" sessions completed (what I paid for) as I kept having to be sent home because of a new stipulation they had made up. They will also gaslight you about this and say it was all in the waiver you signed, which they don't give you a copy of, and don't remind guests at all before their appointment. Purchased 6 large sessions on Groupon, called to schedule my appointment, representative on the phone was super rude and said I was not able to use my Groupon as I had already purchased another area on Groupon. Although on Groupon it especially says you can purchase it. So now I wasted my money on 6 sessions. Horrible customer service
