The agency seems fine, my only critique would be having better communication between the agents and potential models. After being asked to come in, I had a meeting with the agent Tom Lasala, and while he was nice, I felt like he was not as transparent as he could’ve been regarding his interest in moving forward with me. It felt misleading. Even with my follow up email I sent well afterwards, his response was vague and inconclusive, and had me continuing to wait on his final answer, which I never received.
