Extremely disappointing experience. This was the most I’ve ever paid to get my taxes done, and it wasn’t worth it. I filed almost four months ago and still haven’t received my refund. When I reached out to my tax rep, Ashley, she brushed it off and said to contact the IRS because she doesn’t do that. Worst tax experience I’ve ever had. I paid nearly $800 expecting premium service, but what I got was basic at best. I only went through with it because my usual tax preparer was seriously ill and I had to quickly find someone. I filed in March, it’s now June and I still haven’t received my refund.
