I have to express my gratitude for Vendy Sneed who has been the Building Manager for two properties: Shirlington and Dominion. She is tasked in keeping properties well-maintained and ensuring everything runs smoothly. She handles everything from tenant concerns to maintenance issues, and their efforts create a comfortable living environment for all. Vendy’s dedication and attention to detail truly has been helpful. She’s a pleasure to work with.

I lived at Bell Partners apartment complex of Viridium in Woodbridge for over 14 months, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The assistant property manager was unprofessional, fake, and dismissive, showing no genuine care for the residents. Despite contacting management about minor carpet damage caused by three small bleach spots near the washer and dryer, they refused to repair it and instead charged me for a full carpet replacement. I moved into Bell's Northern Virgina complex Viridium. I was sick from the time I moved in. I have preexisting respiratory issues that were exacerbated by the high level of mold concentrated in the apartment. The testing company I hired said the level of mold in my apartment is higher than the EPA allows and mold remediation is necessary. Mold spores migrate like roaches, so at the least, all of the apartments surrounding mine are similarly infected and uninhabitable. Firstly, you let a manager in Molly at Bell Ashburn farms leave your company then only to comeback and retaliate against long term residents. We truly feel like we were targeted as soon as she came back to run the community. We have called this place home for the past 4 years, and she has done everything in her power to make sure we don't feel welcomed.
