I haven't received my deposit back from my old apartment at Carrington Perimeter Park in Morrisville like some other reviews have mentioned. I have called Bell Partners management regarding the deposit several times. I cannot get a hold of anyone and it goes straight to voicemail, and still no deposit. I got an email from the new management but after one response about the deposit I haven’t gotten any responses in a few weeks. Thinking about going in person to ask for my deposit back.

I haven't received my deposit back from my old apartment at Carrington Perimeter Park. Now they have new ownership after one month moving out. I had to call several times to Bell Partners management regarding the deposit. I cannot get a hold of anyone, and still no deposit.

I have contacted Bell Properties 3 times! No response. I have asked that someone contacted me regarding my lease renewal I was given by my current apt complex, The Jamison At Brier Creek. Where they have raised my rent to MORE than apartment is listed for online if I renewed. I want answers to why they are doing this??? I left them a review also, BTW.
