Terrible customer service, have been calling for months to get a refund for denied administrative/application fees. Affiliated with "Anson at The Lakes" so would avoid renting from them too.

THE WORST. Do not live at a bell community unless you want to have to chase down staff to get any sort of help. I have been trying to pay a move out debt (that I shouldn’t have to pay) for almost 2 weeks now. No notification that they sold the community I lived at. No information on how to pay said debt. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE live with them.

Absolutely useless apartment management over at Greys Harbor with even less helpful corporate offices in Charlotte. They are unresponsive to start, their community is dirty, outdated, covered in cobwebs, loose stairs and a dirty pool. They charge late fees even when THEY cause the late payment by removing auto-pay and bank accounts from the portal with no notice. The accounting manager is most likely a DEI hire. She is young and has no idea what she is doing, just charging for things to bring up her numbers with no regard to the community she should be serving. After almost 9 years living in the Legacy North Apartments, I am treated like trash from this company (Bell Partners) who came in just a couple years ago. I left my apartment spotless!
