This is a slum lord and they do not maintain their properties in any way shape or form.
Had an apartment issue and management handled if in a timely. This is a really great place to live.
To any renter who is currently doing their research, make sure you RUN FOR THE HILLS when you see any complex managed by this company (at least in the DFW area). The experience that I've had during my time in the complex operated by Bell Partners has been unpleasant to say the least, with deferred maintenance, negligent groundskeeping, constant alarms in the middle of the night, and unresponsive and rude building management.
