Recently used them for a sale and a purchase. We’ve bought and sold seveal properties over the years and have never had an issue. until now. I couldn’t tell you to run fast enough not to use them. Documents completed wrong, had to badger them to get signings done in time. Two months after completion they couldn’t find the hold backs they had kept and wouldn’t return emails or phone calls. I'm very disappointed with my experience. In addition to my $900 fee, they charged me over $500 dollars in other fees including an $80 courier charge when I drove out and picked everything up, $20 for long distance phone calls and $50 for photocopying (I received 3 pieces of paper). I don't have an issue with the $900, but who pays $20 for long distance phone calls in 2025? It makes me suspect that they aren't being honest with their fees.
