Mike was great. We got out in front of everything so there were no crisis. The only constructive feedback I will offer is I don't like "e" signing documents. I would much rather come into his office as well as the title company's office and sign. If I refinance again or sell/buy another property I will be more vociferous about that. If I can't sign in person I will go elsewhere.
