Bill was extremely quick with responding and providing answers to our questions. As a first time home-buyer, we had a lot of questions to just learn about the entire process. He was always willing to hop on a phone call to walk through the details line by line. The house we went with needed to close quick and he got us everything we needed ahead of time to make the closing as smooth as possible.
