I have worked with a handful of loan agents. Amy is by far the best I have ever worked with. She knows how to do her job very well and is an absolute pleasure to do business with. This is now the second time we’ve worked together. She goes above and beyond her job description. This time around we had quite a few hurdles to manage. I look forward to working with her again if given the opportunity. Thank you for everything Amy!

Amy Schmoldt at Bell Bank Mortgage was fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond in an effort to secure our mortgage. She quickly replied to any text message or email we sent to her. She provided us with detailed information so that when we submitted documents we did so accurately. When we needed some assistance that was not in her purview she still assisted us. We would strongly encourage anyone looking to secure a home mortgage to work with Amy.
