Don’t recommend any service requiring an appraisal. Appraiser under appraised property on a cash out refinance costing me extra money. Maybe I got a lemon but couldn’t risk loosing a property I was purchasing and wasting time so had no choice and the bank manager made no efforts to help or fix the issue. The loan officer was great but strongly disagree with the banks selection of appraisers.
