My husband and I just started using this bank. Lisa helped us Open a personal and business account. I have never had such a good experience at a bank. This bank is very personable and knows who you are the moment you walk through the door. They are so friendly and anything you need. They are willing to help and figure out what they can do for you. I used Bell Bank for my mortgage when I bought my house 5 years ago and it went well. Always good customer service. But recently I received a letter stating my mortgage will go up over $490 a month. This is due to an escrow shortage of $4004!!! So they made their calculations on that escrow but we're off that much?? Very inconvenient, all I have done is pay my mortgage on time for 5 years and their job was to determine my escrow and they failed me.
