It's nice when customer service blames the customer for issues with fraud, then tells the customer they won't disable their on-line banking and then they do. Treats the customer poorly, repeatedly lies and fails to resolve the issue. So unprofessional. After being a good, long term customer, I'm done doing business with this bank.

I love Bell Bank. Extremely friendly staff! They are so helpful beyond what they have to do!! They are always welcoming and treat you like part of the family! I highly recommend this bank for your financial needs.
I use this bank for both personal and business banking. The staff are very friendly and helpful; they even call me by my name as I walk in. I would recommend this bank to everyone! The only downside is they don’t have cookies while under construction.
Always great friendly quick service.
