Came in to cash my daughters change for her and the guy working tells me he cant do it cause I dont have an account. Yet I or 5 months ago they did without a problem. Crazy wont be using this bank ever again.
My daughter had the worse customer service experience with Jeff. When did Bell start hiring unprofessional people? His behavior was disgusting, disappointing, and asinine.

Teller stood and talked to someone else for 2 minutes before even addressing that I was at the window. Was then completely unfriendly.
