During my visit, I was greeted and guided by efficient, kind and friendly, knowledgeable experienced people. Aware of their duties in this area and their role as employees. The atmosphere was welcoming and positive. This amazing group of people knew people and treated everyone with respect and dignity. It’s wonderful to have a bank with a solid policy as well. Thank you!! It’s good to have a bank that will count change or sell a roll of quarters even when I didn’t have an account!

Georgia at the Detroit Lakes branch was amazing. I had originally dealt with someone over the phone at the Fargo branch, and ended up feeling like my small CD and loan didn't matter. Then Georgia gave me the small town service and made my business feel appreciated.
