Don't ever go with John S as your family lawyer. He loves to mooch money by the minute. I would time and time again put very detail emails stating the agenda preparing what to write to send out and his response was always one liners. During my mediation session, he got cozy with other parties lawyer and forgot to present my agenda in the meeting.
