I’m extremely active. I run and lift. I thought my body was fine. I didn’t have any major pains or complaints. After seeing Belinda, it was night and day. My body feels amazing! I highly recommend you go see her if you want to feel your best!
Belinda, is more of a massage therapist than a Rolfer and she should not do both, only one. Popping toes is not Rolfing and using the amount of lotion she uses, does not allow her to connect to fascia properly. I saw Belinda 2 times than she says I charge 1100$ for ten sessions, I'm use to paying as I go and I paid the 1100 up front and she gave one appointment to another lady and I sat and waited for 45 minutes, knocked on her door and she said my mind blanked and she will give me another session, I went the following week ... read more

I’d never heard of Rolfing, until running into a friend from high school several years ago. That friend was Belinda… I’ve seen her for Rolfing many times in the last couple of years. It’s much better than a typical massage and I still feel the effects many days afterward. During treatments, Belinda is very thorough in explaining what’s she’s doing on different body parts and how it benefits the body as a whole. I highly recommend both Belinda, and the experience of Rolfing. 👍🏼
