UPDATED FROM A 1 STAR REVIEW Since my original review, Brian has reached out to me to straighten everything out and has provided top notch customer service in his resolution processes. I’d happily recommend Brian and his team for banking, mortgage and investment needs.
Belgian Alliance helped me a few years ago when no other bank would for a car loan, my credit score was horrible but they still helped me, forever grateful.

Absolutely do NOT recommend for a mortgage. My mortgage broker set me up with this place and it’s been nothing but a disaster sadly. Set me up on a 3 year term, when I requested 5. Also, I was to take possession March 29; on March 28 at 3PM I was called because more info was needed for my ALREADY APPROVED MORTGAGE???because of this last minute request thee was a ONE MONTH DELAY IN RELEASEING OF FUNDS, resulting in my owing almost 1,000 in late fees and penalties.
