Katie at the Belfast CBT clinic was brilliant. I couldn't recommend her more highly . When I first enquired about CBT for anxiety it was frightening in terms of where to get correct information. From my first contact with Katie until my last session everything was really easy and relaxed. She made the whole process easy to understand and has given me all the tools and confidence to continue to grow and work with my anxiety.

I could not recommend Katie at the Belfast CBT clinic more. I had enquired about CBT for health anxiety that was becoming debilitating, and from the enquiry right through to my final session, Katie was supportive, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. It has truly taught me the skills to manage my anxiety and it has been really life changing.
