I’ve been a customer here for a number of years now and my experience has been amazing🙌🏼 UNTIL….. my last visit. Usually I would say medium-hard but I’ve been nursing back spasms and needed much less. I tried to explain multiple times what I needed and wanted and it all seemed to fall on deaf ears. Haven’t been here for a long time as I was working in Sydney , had a massage today with Puy, mature and very experienced, kept asking if she was doing correct pressure/ soft/hard, very polite lady , give this place a try
