Bela Herbal 113th street Jamaica Avenue Branch. This business is doing dishonest practice by using professional chemical hair bleach activator used for bleaching HAIR ONLY and mixing it into the facial products and apply to your face.This is a health and safety concern absolutely. My skin is left feeling very dried out and parched looking. Also to note the poor hygienic protocols. I had to request new bedding sheets and towels to be replaced before laying down.
