Without a doubt one of the best massages I have every received, Kels knowledge of anatomy and how to actively treat chronic pain is inspiring, she gets in deep and finds every damn trigger point and releases them one after another regardless of how much you whinge and whine 🤣 After years of only getting 2-3 days of relief from many other massage therapist I was blown away when I had a full week pain free.
