As I walked into the store Valerie was there to greet me immediately and got on my needs as I knew what I already wanted. She took me thru the entire process quickly and got my order processed in a friendly manner. So stop by and ask for Valerie!!

WHEN they were open, the sales people were pushy and didn't listen to customer need or wants. Conversation went something like this. Me: "I don't want leather" Salesperson: "Why don't you want leather?" Me: "Because I don't like leather furniture, it is hot, sweaty, uncomfortable and sticky." Salesperson: "But we have some nice leather pieces that would beautiful in your home." Me: "What part of, I don't want leather did you not hear?" Walked out, ordered online and got what I wanted.
