Great customer service! Albert and Leo were awesome; they also let me take home a dining set from the floor instead of having to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery because we had no furniture at our new place. They’re also the best priced furniture store in town.
Leo was our sales representative. He took alot of time with us, helping us find the living room set we wanted. He found the color and all the extras we were looking for. Dont buy at this store. The store made a mistake on my purchase. The store did not get the delivery address correct even though it was confirmed 3 times. The living room set was delivered to a wrong address. I called corporate and no help was giving I was placed on hold. A time was given for the delivery and my product arrived an hour later from the scheduled time. The company waisted my time. I did make a complain but no answer has been given.
Leo provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled efficiently and that I was completely satisfied. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Employees like Leo are a great asset, and I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. I would highly recommend working with him.
