The staff went to extra measures to accommodate for my partner who is handicapped. Moving furniture out of the way to clear a path for his walker, even trying to help with a stepladder to access a mattress to determine if it would be firm enough or too hard. Made us feel welcome and I recommend you shop here.
Amazing customer service, quality selections and very competitive pricing. ASK FOR DENISE!!!! She is kind, patient, and dedicated to helping you find exactly what you need. In the past 2 years I have purchased a Dining table and leather living room.set. I looked online and in-person for months, and was glad to find Bel Furniture. I am more than happy with my purchases!
The lady who helped us was amazing. She was so friendly and listened to what we wanted. She even told us when we picked something that wouldnt hold up for what we needed it for. If you ever need affordable furniture, go in and ask for Cindy to help you. They work off of commission and I'm sure she could use the extra support. Its a win win kinda situation lol. She'll make sure to get you what you're looking for. I'll use them again whenever im in the market for more furniture for sure
