Thank you so much for your personal and professional care for my mother while she spent six weeks at your facility (March 23 - May 2, 2025). I personally witnessed tender and attentive care for Mom from the nursing (and physician) staff; the various therapists; the housekeeping staff; the dietary staff, and the administrative team when they would drop by. When my grandmother passed away, I was treated poorly. My grandmother had passed away in their care right before Christmas, They wouldn't give me a whole lot of information, they sounded confused like they had no idea what they were doing or what was really happening. Staff at Bel-Aire Center are very kind and friendly. They work with the patients and their families to provide the absolute best care possible. Cindy Willey is a very caring and kind-hearted LPN. She has done a tremendous job taking care of my brother's leg wounds after he had surgery. Would definitely recommend Bel-Aire.
Some of the nurses treat you like family and others it's like they are there just to collect a paycheck.
