I’ve used this moving company twice now, once to deliver a fridge I purchased locally, and again for a Marketplace find. Both experiences were seamless from start to finish. The movers took great care in my home, handled everything with care, and communication was excellent throughout. Trustworthy, reliable, and professional. I’ll absolutely be using them again!
Using this moving company is a nightmare! I made an appointment with this company in September to help me move a few large items, such as piano and sofa, at 2 p.m. at the end of the month. But at 7 a.m. on the day we agreed on, I just received an email from them saying that one of the drivers was injured and couldn't go to work , so they have to cancel the booking, cannot help me to move.
