Using this moving company is a nightmare! I made an appointment with this company in September to help me move a few large items, such as piano and sofa, at 2 p.m. at the end of the month. But at 7 a.m. on the day we agreed on, I just received an email from them saying that one of the drivers was injured and couldn't go to work , so they have to cancel the booking, cannot help me to move. Brian and Ricky did our move, and both were great to deal with. Very friendly with my girlfriend while I wasn't there, and very helpful when getting to the new house, even stopping to move some of the things left in the house. Fantastic people and great representatives of the company.
