Best photo-shoot experience ever! Joy captured the best candid shots of my 3 small children, and husband and me, and we had so much fun doing it! Definitely recommend.
Joy is simply the best! She shot our wedding back in 2018 and we loved her so much that she’s been our family photographer ever since. She has this amazing way of making photo sessions feel relaxed and fun (even with little kids who would rather be anywhere else ). We worked with Joy for a family shoot and we are blown away by how amazing she was and the results! We have a 1 year old boy and a 2.5 year old girl and they are ON THE MOVE! I was nervous about being able to get good photos with the chaos of very active kids, but Joy got so many active shots and really made it work. The photos totally capture who our kids are and we did get some good posed shots as well. Joy was also very flexible on location and time of day to work around happy moods. Highly recommend!
We were married in June 2025 at the Drake in Oak Brook. It was an outdoor wedding on a beautiful spring day. Joy's pictures were amazing. She was awesome. She was never intrusive during the ceremony but so many pictures were simply amazing. We would recommend her without hesitation.
