I think since they moved from Massapequa they went downhill.i read all these reviews. Whoever is the owner of behrs you messed up bigtime.
We absolutely love shopping at Behrs for furniture. This is the second time we've purchased a bedroom set for our kids. Benny has helped us both times and has been an invaluable resource. He is knowledgeable, honest, and always ensures we get the best deal on the furniture we want. Katrina is also fantastic at keeping us updated on delivery status. We highly recommend shopping at Behrs!
We could have purchased the same furniture from Amazon for less, but thought it would be worth purchasing in store in case we needed support/ warranty service later on. Turns out that was a total mistake, as this store won't even answer the phone.
I originally wrote a great review as my experience in the store was good. They had a lot of furniture on display. I ended up purchasing an entire nursery set with 6 pieces. Needless to say it was a nightmare scheduling delivery and the actual delivery. I purposely went for furniture 5 months before my due date and it took them 13 weeks to deliver.
