I consulted with one of Holly's former clients and was appalled at what I discovered. Holly prepared payroll tax form 941 and 940. This client was new in her business and was not aware of the gross misconduct Holly had done to her. The business owner has no payroll and no employees. Holly filed the 941 and 940 with all zeros which demonstrates there was no payroll to report. Then Holly charged her $30 for forms that were not even required to file.
