Absolutely awful
We worked with Amber to buy our first home in January. She was very helpful and managed to get everything done in time for us, despite scheduling issues. We unfortunately experienced some difficulties as the lady who we communicated with over the phone, set us up for an in person meeting when we specifically requested to have it over the phone. Very helpful staff
Hired Aaron Behiel to complete the purchase of a house I found through a realtor. The law office referred to the village I was purchasing the house in as an RM repeatedly. They had me sign the documents to complete the transaction before they had received the tax certificate from the village, resulting in the tax adjustments being wrong in the other party's favor. Did not include an adjustment for water and sewer, as the other pay did not disclose the bill. Told me it was probably included in the tax, resulting in a late fee... read more
