Absolutely awful
We worked with Amber to buy our first home in January. She was very helpful and managed to get everything done in time for us, despite scheduling issues. We unfortunately experienced some difficulties as the lady who we communicated with over the phone, set us up for an in person meeting when we specifically requested to have it over the phone.
